Recurring service software

Let the plan repeat—not the administrative work.

Set up the customer, property, service, cadence and scheduling preference once. Osrilo turns the plan into real Work visits that can be scheduled, completed, canceled, moved and remembered.

  • Real generated visits
  • Flexible or fixed scheduling
  • Visit outcomes
  • Customer history

Generated recurring visits use the same Work lifecycle as the rest of the business.

A recurring plan is the template. Each visit is real Work.

This distinction keeps future administration separate from what actually happened on a particular day.

01

Plan

Save the customer, property, linked Price Book Service, cadence, quantity, expected duration and scheduling preference.

02

Visit

Generate a Work record for the date so it can be ordered, assigned, started, completed and invoiced.

03

History

Keep completed, canceled and moved outcomes attached to the original recurring relationship.

From setup to completed visit

  1. Create recurring plan
  2. Generate upcoming visit
  3. Place it in the day
  4. Start and complete Work
  5. Keep outcome in history

Flexible recurring visits

When the service belongs on a day but not at an exact time, store the date and expected duration. Day Operations can keep the visit in saved order without promising a false appointment.

  • Useful for mowing, cleaning, maintenance and route-style service.
  • Expected duration contributes to the day’s service-time picture.
  • The visit can be moved when the day changes.

Fixed recurring visits

When the customer has a real appointment, keep the visit anchored at its scheduled time while other flexible Work fits around the day.

  • Useful when access or customer presence matters.
  • Scheduled time remains different from actual start.
  • Completion preserves the appointment and execution history.

Handle the visit that did not happen.

Recurring history should reflect reality instead of quietly erasing the date.

Cancel Visit

Remove one occurrence from active operations while keeping a record of the canceled outcome.

Move Visit

Reschedule the occurrence and retain the original-day history rather than pretending the original plan never existed.

Restore when appropriate

Bring a canceled visit back through the supported workflow without duplicating the recurring plan.

Current recurring-service limits

  • Recurring automation is part of the paid operational feature set after the introductory trial.
  • Osrilo generates operational visits; it does not promise unsupervised dispatch or live-traffic route optimization.
  • Customer notifications remain reviewable so a schedule change is not communicated blindly.
  • Worker assignment requires Crew; Solo keeps the owner as the implicit worker.

Turn the repeat promise into Work the business can actually finish.
