Every Estimate remains editable. Osrilo does not supply market prices or replace contractor judgment.
Customer decisions remain explicit.
Preparing a PDF is not the same as delivering it. Delivery is not the same as approval. Osrilo keeps those steps separate so Work does not advance on an assumption.
Accepted Estimate → Needs Scheduling. When an Estimate is accepted through a supported decision path, the connected Work can move into the scheduling handoff without pretending it already has a date.
Current document limits
- Online customer payments require a paid plan and an eligible connected payment provider.
- Payment-provider fees are separate from the Osrilo subscription.
- Deposit and progress documents belong to existing Work; they do not complete it.
- A final Invoice can be created from completed Work, while quick creation follows Osrilo’s current workflow rules.
