How It Works
The private Invoice link shows the live balance and offers full payment or another amount.
The selected provider securely handles wallet, card, or bank details and confirms the payment.
The Invoice and Work balance update, then the customer receives a success screen and confirmation email.
Customer Payments are separate from Osrilo Plan Billing. Stripe processes Apple Pay, Google Pay, card, and ACH payments. Additional payment providers appear only when they are enabled and connected. Each provider deposits eligible funds to the business account configured with that provider.
Osrilo does not add or keep a transaction fee from customer online payments. Each payment provider applies its own processing fees to payments handled by its service.
Stripe deducts processing fees from card and ACH payments before depositing your funds. Fees vary by payment method, card type, country, currency conversion, disputes, and payout method. These fees are business expenses and are not automatically added to the customer’s Invoice.
If a customer credit-card surcharge is enabled, your business is responsible for confirming that it is permitted where you operate and for following applicable laws, card-network rules, disclosure requirements, receipt requirements, and refund rules. Stripe will show the surcharge and final total before the customer confirms payment. Osrilo does not surcharge ACH payments, U.S. debit cards, or prepaid cards. This information is not legal advice.
PayPal applies its own provider fees to PayPal and Venmo transactions. Osrilo records the confirmed customer payment in the same payment ledger as other payment methods and does not guess provider fees from a public percentage.

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable and are not prorated, except where required by law or when Osrilo confirms a billing error. By subscribing, you agree to the Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
